Noone is stealing anything from you. It is your responsibility to "archive" your purchased products which would allow you to install them even after your subscription period has expired.

You archive the programs through Stardock Central by clicking on "ObjectDesktop" on the left panel then selecting the "Application" in the right panel and then clicking "File" and "Archive Application".

If you contact support@starock.com or sales@stardock.com with your account information they will assist you in getting the version of the applications that you have purchased.

You will need to wait until Monday for them to do so.

ObjectDesktop is a yearly subscription. It costs 50$ for the initial year and 35$ for yearly renewal's if my mind serves me right. Your subscription had ended that's all.

There is also an option at the bottom of SDC which makes it automatically archive when a new version is installed.

pysmenny: All that you "lose" when your subscription runs out is the ability for additional updates. You may continue using the software that you purchased for as long as you wish.

When your subscription is expired and you want the latest archive of software when your subscription was valid, just shoot support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com an email and we will provide you with instructions to retrieve this software.

I am unable to find your ticket in the support system. Have you received a ticket ID#?
